Todd Schachtman

Todd Schachtman is a veteran executive with over 27 years of leadership experience. Todd has administered successful real estate transactions and management of various multifamily assets.  Todd takes pride in creating a vision and making it a reality.  

Todd successfully grew MPC (Materials Processing Corp.) to a top-grossing firm in the Electronics Recycling and Asset Life Cycle industry, increasing MPC’s revenue to over $35 million/yr, from $3.2 on average in years prior to 2007.  Todd successfully sold MPC in 2012.  Todd also worked at Stifel Financial Corp. (SF – NYSE listed).  He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
